Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Generate new leads and manage client acquisition & retention.
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.
Required Skills:
- Proven track record in business development / sales (preferably in IT services or software solutions).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to drive end-to-end business cycle (lead generation to closure).
- Leadership qualities with team management experience.
Good to Have:
- Experience in international business development (US/UK/Europe/Middle East markets).
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Strategy.
Education:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
