Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate new leads and manage client acquisition & retention.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, contracts, and presentations.
  • Identify new market opportunities and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to leadership.

Required Skills:

  • Proven track record in business development / sales (preferably in IT services or software solutions).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Ability to drive end-to-end business cycle (lead generation to closure).
  • Leadership qualities with team management experience.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in international business development (US/UK/Europe/Middle East markets).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, or enterprise software solutions.
  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Business Strategy.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
