About the Role:
We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how to identify and qualify potential business leads.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through online platforms and databases
- Generate qualified leads via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate lead information
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture and convert leads
- Assist in creating outreach campaigns to attract new customers
Requirements:
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in lead generation or sales support
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Proficient in using MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online research tools
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing or CRM tools (bonus point)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
